SKVR stands for Stichting Kunstzinnige Vorming Rotterdam and is the largest Centre for the Arts in the Netherlands. Its courses are open to everyone in Rotterdam: children, teenagers, adults and senior citizens. It’s all about being creative, having new experiences and encounters. At SKVR your talents will become visible and you will work on your own identity.
