Contemporary opera & music theatre

Operadagen Rotterdam is the opera and music theatre festival with an international programme featuring more than 100 performances during 10 days in various theatres all around the city of Rotterdam. One of these venues is Schouwburgplein. At times it is merely a stop on the famous opera journeys through the city, and sometimes it is the backdrop for a part in the Ring of Resilience, or the young music theatre talents of the Living Voices who are treating the audience to the most wonderful opera arias. In some way or another, Operadagen Rotterdam and Schouwburgplein find each other every year.
